Ashtray Navigations and White Hills have been announced as the latest acts to be putting out 7″s via Ireland’s Trensmat Records. As with the last pair, buyers get digital downloads featuring the 7″ tracks and bonuses. The label have also put up some nuggets on their website for your enjoyment: Trensmat website
Irish record label Trensmat are back in action for 2011 after a couple of years off.
They’re kicking off in style by releasing two dirtily limited 7″s in April (with digital extras) from Astral Social Club and Evan Caminiti (one half of Barn Owl). Frankly, just thinking about these releases gives me the horn.
There are little nugget-sized snatches of each side of each vinyl over on the Trensmat website and they’ve also produced a lovely little video to accompany the first side of the Astral Social Club release:
