Well, a massive dose of WTF? here but all in a good cause.

“Cultureclash: Japan” is a new fundraiser project which promises “The world’s biggest pop acts remixed by the world’s best avant garde producers”.

The exact tracklisting has yet to be announced but confirmed participants from the world of “Pop” are Britney, Mark Almond, Depeche Mode and Simple Minds.

Confirmed to be doing the remixing are Nurse With Wound, Merzbow, Bloc Party, The Flaming Lips and Lemon Jelly.

Unfortunately, we don’t yet know which of these remixers are remixing which artists, so the headline of this article may be inaccurate but still……it is now a possibility? More news when we get it
