Hebden Bridge – Nutclough Tavern Studio – THE PISS SUPERSTITION + MICHAEL LINDEN WEST + STEVE LACEY – Saturday 31st May 2014

piss webThe Piss Superstition is a duo consisting of Julian Bradley (Vibracathedral Orchestra) and Paul Steere (Mob Rules). Expect a duo show of raw, lo-fi, psychedelic improvisations and guitar intensity.

Improvising guitar player Michael Linden West is a former member of The Ukrainians, Crippled Black Phoenix and Electric Brains. He currently plays in Vimana Attack and Abrasive Pheasants. He also played in Damo Suzuki’s band last time he rolled into town.

Local musician Steve Lacey was in the band Langfield Crane and played with Damo Suzuki in Hebden.

Please note, despite the name, the Nutclough is not a licensed pub anymore so you have to bring your own booze. Oh, and it’s pay what you can afford.

Last train to Manchester is 23:26 & last train to Leeds is at 23:21 and we expect to finish around 22:30 so you’ll make your trains no problem.
